The service
Ottoframe provides a browser-based video podcast studio, verified local track upload, session exports, show collaboration, swap booking tools, and a director-led Campaign Studio. Some features are release-gated or marked beta and may not be available to every account.
Accounts, shows, and recordings
You are responsible for account security, show-member access, participant invitations, and obtaining all recording notices and consents required by law. Do not secretly record, unlawfully monitor, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. A show owner controls its workspace and may remove members and content.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Ottoframe and its subprocessors a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and generate from that content only to operate features you request. You must have the necessary rights to every submitted product, logo, episode, person, likeness, voice, performance, claim, music track, image, and reference.
Campaign Studio rules
Do not create deceptive impersonations, undisclosed synthetic endorsements, unlawful election content, infringing work, or media that exploits a person without consent. The concept, claim, storyboard, rough-cut, and final review steps are mandatory production controls, not legal clearance. You are responsible for factual substantiation, talent releases, union or guild requirements, platform disclosures, accessibility, music clearance, and advertising or broadcast review before publication.
AI output
Generated output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, physically implausible, or similar to output created for others. Model availability and behavior can change. Ottoframe does not promise that an output will win approval, meet a broadcaster specification, or be exclusive. AI-generated labels and provenance metadata must not be removed when removal would make the use misleading or violate law or platform rules.
Subscriptions, credits, and refunds
Show and Studio subscriptions renew through the billing provider until cancelled. Included monthly Campaign Studio credits expire with their grant; prepaid credit-pack terms are shown at checkout. A quote reserves credits before generation, and unused reserved credits are returned when settlement permits. Provider work already performed is generally not refundable except where required by law or where the checkout terms say otherwise. Taxes and renewal details appear before purchase.
Marketplace scope
Swap bookings may be available. Paid marketplace checkout, escrow, refunds, disputes, and payouts are not offered until Ottoframe explicitly enables them. A visible profile or connected payout account is not a promise that paid booking is available.
Availability, suspension, and liability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, browsers, devices, or third-party providers. You should retain source media and final deliverables. Ottoframe may limit or suspend activity that creates security, legal, cost, or abuse risk. To the extent permitted by law, Ottoframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Termination and contact
You may cancel a subscription through its billing provider and delete your account in Account settings. Deletion can be delayed when cleanup cannot safely complete or records must be retained by law. Questions may be sent to support@ottoframe.com.
