Terms of Service

Service
Cue provides script writing, teleprompter, recording, AI generation, enhancement, captioning, presentation, and export tools. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Cue and its subprocessors the limited rights needed to process it at your direction.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and for having all rights, releases, permissions, and substantiation required for people, voices, brands, claims, music, and other material you submit or publish. Do not use Cue for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, impersonating, or security-disrupting activity.
Subscriptions and credits
Creator and Studio subscriptions renew through the disclosed billing provider until cancelled. Included monthly credits expire at the end of their grant period. Separately purchased usage credits are available only to paid subscribers and do not expire while the service and account remain available. Generation costs are quoted in credits before work begins; unused reserved credits are returned after settlement. Prices, taxes, refund rights, and renewal dates are shown during checkout.
AI and media output
AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other output. Storyboard and draft approval steps do not replace your final editorial, factual, legal, advertising, or platform-policy review. You must disclose synthetic media where required and must not represent generated people or events as authentic in a misleading way.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. To the extent permitted by law, Cue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and contact
You may delete your account at any time. Cue may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms. Questions may be sent to support@cue.studio.
